1st Day: Nature...

Posted by Helloin the first day i went to the Frankfurt zoo, which was just amazing and i made a short documentary(!) movie of the shoots i made there. Next i went to the Natural History Museum, where i fulfilled a dream of seeing a dinosour fossil.. The T-Rex was huge and scary, but to my luck i had ran out of batteries so i only have postcards of it. I have the mammoths, though.

After spending hours there, i went to the Palmengarten, which was an unbelievable garden. It had glass houses where they generate other climates and those climates’ plants live there. I found again the opportunity to row a boat in a lake (after the Lake Borghese in Rome, which has no match due to its beautiful temple!).

In Germany there are many girl magazines for 1€ so i got a couple of them and read one at the shades of the Palmengarten, to rest my feet after the crazy day… Then suddenly it hit me that it is Saturday, and in stupid lazy Europe everyplace is closed on Sundays!!! It is very funny actually I was in a shop at its closing time and bells ring heheeh.. Anyway, i had to rush to Zeil Strasse, where i found Zara to be on sale and bought make up that is not present in Turkey for really funny prices. I also found the perfume i loved so i was sooo happy. Then i had a nice meal at Pizza Hut which happened to be my savior in Frankfurt since i had no idea about the food on the menus of other stores. I of course returned to my hotel before dark fell since i was an alone girl…
